Great Aunt Mildred’s Jello, Pineapple, Cottage Cheese Whip recipe is a family favorite whose exact origins we don’t know. We haven’t been able to pinpoint where it came from.This dish is a nostalgic favorite for many and can be a refreshing addition to potlucks, holiday meals, or casual family gatherings.

1 (2-3 oz) box orange jello
1 (16oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (24oz) container of cottage cheese
1 (12oz) container of cool whip

Mix the box of orange jello mix and can of crushed pineapple with a fork. Fold in the rest of the ingredients + chill.
